You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge at least 1 day (24 hours) before the tour starts. If you want to cancel or modify your booking, please contact the Customer Service Center at contacto@patagoniachic.com. The cancellation of your reservation with more than 24 hours before the start of the service will not have charges. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, using the same payment method and currency chosen in the original payment. In case of canceling or modifying within 24 hours before the start of the tour, there will be no refund of the amount paid without prejudice to the events that could have led to the cancellation. In case of partial cancellation or modification of a reservation, the same terms detailed above will be taken into account. In case of no-show, there will be no right to claim, even in the event of force majeure.

Although our office is located in the city center of El Calafate (Av. Libertador 932), we recommend you to book any tour in advance on our website to avoid the lack of availability since excursions have limited seating and usually sell out in advance.
